BlackBelt asked us to refactor their careers landing page because due to the increased demand for programmers worldwide, they wanted to increase their lead generation and conversion rate of their website.
We took it upon ourselves to deep-dive into the industry and have created a landing page that has We have delivered an improved user flow experience as well as a more comprehensive design that facilitates an easier job application process.
Programming HR NearshoringWe've conducted deep interviews with a few recently hired employees at BlackBelt to fully scope out the existing application processes and uncover the pain-points and needs for the desired target audience.The results showed we need to go minimalistic.
How might we create a careers page that equally serves the needs of business relations, marketing personnel, backend and the target audience?
Since BlackBelt already had a careers page that was ingrained into their website, we had to make sure that the new design would fit into the backend programming.
We had to create flows that were within the given parameters and hard logistics while mediating the needs of the target audience based on our interviews as well as the stakeholders' expectation. To make sure that all of these prerequisites are taken into account.
It was of key importance that the new careers landing page was made congruent with the already existing front-end specifications and the design system that the whole website was built on.
After delivering the project, we've continued to support the development of the new careers landingpage's design.
