Exalt created low-fidelity wireframes and validated them on stakeholder workshops every week.
We based our concepts on previously gathered visitor data, website analytics and heat maps. By the end of our project, we were able to extirpate all of the obsolete pages and simplify the information architecture of the website.
We were able to redesign the whole website—not just the visuals of the interface and the headlines but also the entirety of the hotel franchise's visual language. We are proud to have created a design system that makes interactions clear and appeals to a broad range of customers.
