Exalt's project was to make this complex tool more accessible for B2B customers. We've created a user experience that caters to analysts and marketing crews while keeping the product's core intact.

reviews analyzedOur goal was to create a visually updated version of this highly technical software. We've come up with a design that answers all the needs of the target audience.
We've expected the tool to be used by people without a background in programming, so we've simplified the UI where we could to reduce the cognitive burden on the user. To make it easier to navigate, we've introduced multiple automated processes for reducing the human error factor.

We also made sure that the design decisions served the needs of customers for a broad spectrum of industries. We had to mediate between several highly-domain specific features: from gaming and consoles to restaurant and booking services.
To make sure our design was well-received, we conducted user interviews with our stakeholders and target audiences. We've facilitated fully remote meetings for different time zones and schedules.
The most challenging part of the project was designing the best solution for a multi-layered, interactive chart system that can show data in a way that is easy to understand. After a lot of work and stakeholder workshops, and various usability tests, we've settled on a custom chart. It enabled our users to dive deeper into their datasets in a visual manner.
